I believe the foundation of of learning is the commitment between the student and teacher with strong leadership from the principal. Former Director of a K-12 school, founder of a daycare center, former Trustee of the University of Vermont, Masters in Education from Goddard College.

As a parent I am acutely aware of the way a child’s life is shaped by providing a strong foundation. I believe our elementary school is a substantial part of that. I joined the school board to help our school
provide the best education we can to all of the children in our community.
I am a ceramic artist. Together with my husband we own and operate Borealis Studios in Greensboro. On the Lakeview School Board, I participate in the direct inspection of the school as well as general
duties of the school board. I also serve as vice chair of the Greensboro School Board.
I hope to help the school operate to provide the children of our community with the best education we can.
